Where’s Rebecca Kleefisch’s Phone Call from Obama?
Wisconsin Lt. Govenor Kleefisch to date has received no phone call from President Obama, and no support from NOW or MSNBC or from Media Matters or any mainstream media outlet which haven't even acknowledged the vile attacks on her. This is the real War On Women.
While Democratics continue their wailing about a “war on women,” Kleefisch has battled vile misogyny from liberal detractors. When lefty Wisconsin radio host John “Sly” Sylvester accused Kleefisch of performing “fellatio on all the talk-show hosts in Milwaukee” and sneered that she had “pulled a train” (a crude phrase for gang sex), feminists remained silent. The difference between Sandra Fluke and Rebecca Kleefisch? The hatred of women is justifiable in the eyes of progressives so long as the woman isn't advocating for individual liberty over state control; so long as the woman is a conservative. What other conclusion can you make? http://exchangegoldforcash.com/money...hs-phone-call/ |
The other conclusion I can make is that people in elected office are public officials and they GET this kind of thing. Just ask our President.
When you're a private citizen who's only 'fame' is testifying at a hearing? Different story. |

Ms. Kleefisch is part of the target of a recall election in Wisconsin. Things are going to get really hot for her. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rebecca_Kleefisch http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiscons...election,_2012 |
WOW.....seeing at least two people find justification for this kind of action is quite scary !!! Again, depends on what that voter registration card says I suppose. And we wonder what is happening with our country.

WOW!!; thanks all you liberals for proving the point of the article, and what conservatives have been saying for many years.
Notice: This was just a local demonstration. If you want to see the real liberal bias, refer to any major media outlet. |

Just look at any conservative talk show's comments on Barack Obama. They get just as nasty in their comments. Same with those made about Hillary Clinton. |
Quote:
The point is that the liberals are only morally outraged ,and driven to despair and demand the head of the speaker on a pike when the comment is made about a liberal woman. That's the point of the piece. C'mon liberals, get with it........this isn't that hard. |
Quote:
PS....You all used President Obama as some sort of example. As I understood the thread it had to do with WOMEN !!!!! Also, does not matter if it is Obama, Bush, or anyone....this kind of rhetoric needs to be condemned and the fact that you do not speaks volumes |
Try putting this into its context.

The comments refered by the original linked article about the LT. Gov do seem stupid, mean, and just plain wrong. They also seem irrelevant but they are free speech. And, it does not seem to me that anyone on TOTV has given any justification for them nor justified them. |

These words and actions, IN MY OPINION, are wrong under any and all circumstances. No matter the party, no matter what...I could never say these things about my worst or mortal enemy.....that is just how I feel. You can feel differently if you wish but IT IS WRONG. You can tell me why, but there is, IN MY OPINION, NO why's for this kind of action. The fact that you and others can even find a "why" is scary to me. That is my opinion. And I did get your point...there is a recall and thus we can say whatver we want because we dont agree with their pollitics....I TOTALLY AND 100% DISAGREE WITH YOU. I am certainly not a friend of this administration but you will NEVER EVER hear me even get close to that kind of language. The point of the thread was that there is a bit of hypocrisy on this treatment of women but you and others found it necessary NOT to condemn it but find a reason why. Everyone knows WHY you did that and that is what RICHIE's point is |

This is worse than anything said about Ms. Fluke., and there's no media firestorm, and that's the point. This is the point. I won't be diverted. |

Why do you not write some complaints to the Madison WI station that has this Sly in the Morning show if you are so sickened by them?? This looks like the station-- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WTDY http://www.wtdy.com/ |

The post is not about the radio station but you folks who are outraged in one case and very accepting in another. It is repulsive no matter what party is involved. |

Sandra Fluke is a 30 year old political activist with the admitted agenda of changing Harvard to suit her vision. Your "crux" is disingenuous. |

Check the Rush Limbaugh timeline.

Sandra Fluke is a private citizen not a politician in office nor running for office nor one accused for misdeeds needing a recall. She is a third year law student at Georgetown not Harvard. Many law students have been activists before going to law school. Does not mean anything. |
I can certainly agree with Richie that the nastiness DOES happen on both sides. I've seen it time and time again.
The comments on the Lt. Governor were certainly not *justified*, IMO. It's like how, although I'm a fan of Bill Maher, his comments on Sarah Palin were out of line. It demonstrated to me an uncharacteristic laziness in coming up with words to describe his feelings towards her. |

I don't care who she is...citizen or politician...rebublican or democrat or tea party... I don't care if she is in the public limelight and should "get it". This woman did not deserve to be treated like this...it absolutely disgusts me. NO ONE...absolutely NO ONE deserves to be talked about in this way. She is the mother of two children, for God's sake. What about her family? Quote:

This seems like a bramble bush for free speech. No matter what I say someone will take offense with it. So I am off of this topic. If you feel so strongly about it write the Madison WI radio station with the radio personality that made these comments about the WI Lt. Gov. His station link is http://www.wtdy.com/. The guy I assume is Sly in the Morning. http://www.wtdy.com/content/SLY-58.html |

How do you make this distinction of what slutty talk is ok....you say it does not deserve the same outcry....WHY ? Because Fluke is a better person ? Because Fluke is a Democrat ? I suspect you that you feel it is fine to get into the gutter name calling FIRST because she is an elected official and SECOND because someone has claimed she did something wrong. WOW......I did not know that you could say this stuff about folks in certain situations.....SO Using the logic suppled by you....Rep Maxine Waters, who is currently under probe by the ethics comm of the house is open to this vile language because she is an elected official and is under investigation. Now that is what you said....please tell me where I went wrong |
Quote:
I guess they would say that it's to be expected because she is a politician and that she should "get it" and that it should be "expected" because she is in the limelight. Imagine the outrage had it been Waters that was being slandered in this way. Disgusting....absolutely disgusting. |

The worst of it is, that they are seemingly oblivious to their hypocrisy. |
Both liberals and conservatives use ugly nasty words with their rants. How about trying the middle for a while where understanding lives.

The reactions to the "words" are different for liberals, like you, depending on whose mouth those words are emanating from. You are off track here, as is the other poster who I'm trying to correct the course of. You still have a problem with making things personal. I'm flattered that you think my words are so important that you have to deviate from the thread to personally address my words and attack me personally for them You are not the first poster on this forum to become obsessed with all that I say, but It's still a bit creepy. |
I can sum up, in one liberal favored word, the comments of my liberal friends to the original question (post) by Richielion "disingenious".

WHY ? Because those posters rebutted RICHIE with facts...not the politics of personal ridicule. If you discuss facts with RICHIE, he may not agree with you but the dialogue will be civil and you will not have the feeling that he is being condenscending. THAT is what the forum is about...the exchange of ideas and thoughts, not little "shots" at people. I cant even tell you the amount of times that an issue of importance is presented on this forum and the response you get is a link to a poll, or better yet...."yeah, but look at Palin" Try to engage with RICHIE and anybody on here with WHY you disagree and the why should not be based on the politics of ridicule of some person. Sorry...none of my business but the personal attack that RICHIE will probably not report needs to be rebutted |
A high school student in Gross Pointe had her March-Women's Month posters taken down. They were posters that called for Respect for Women-liberal, conservative, and Islamic.
Liberal War On Women: MI High School Kills "Respect Women" Campaign |
It's even getting worse. This same guy is attacking Lt. Gov. Kleefisch's family in the same way the left attacked then Gov. Palin's family.
Her crime?....being supportive of Gov. Walker. Awful things are being said about her children, and still the MSM, (I like the NFM better) is not reporting this story, nor is any NFM outlet upset by the misogynist comments directed at this woman or the hurtful things being said about her husband and children. This is why, for me, liberals can stick their phony outrage over Rush's comments, and they know where. Media Silent as Left Attacks Kids of WI Lt. Gov. |
Richie, to let you know the difference between dirty talk and sexual harrassment, dirty talk costs you $2.99 a minute and is supported by our liberal government. Now you know the whole story.
|
The fact that some folks justify, heck support and encourage the use of such language against a person, especially a woman demonstrate how much more barbaric we have come since the inception of the so called "femnist movement". I am absolutely appauld at the way and manner some people talk to one another. I was reared to treat every women with respect. In fact to treat all people with respect. So to say its permissive to accuse a person of such disgusting acts and sanction it because the person is a "public figure", defies common decency .
