Closed on Atlanta today
 

We closed on our Atlanta house today so are really TV residents now. House in Charlotte on July 9th. Can't wait to move in.:wine::BigApplause::BigApplause:

How long did you wait for this day to come??

We listed in January almost closed in march, relisted in April and had a cash deal this month. Lots of anxious moments but realizing we would take a huge loss helped. Our finance person says the loss will help with taxes for the next couple of years.

Sorry about the loss but look at the bright side your finallyfree and in TV.

Wow! Your journey is just like ours was two years ago! We moved from Senoia - south of Atlanta. Closed in TV in May 2010. Love it here!

Congrats on the sale of your house and the soon to be closing in TV. Looks like it is real busy around our lot. Lots of building going on. Our design meeting is Sept 10th. Can't wait to get back there again.

Ain't that the truth. Can't wait to get out of dodge again and back to TV. if it weren't for our girls, we would never be back. Crazy traffic, etc. my husband found himself doing 25 on a major road (Powers Ferry) yesterday. Guess he thought he was in TV. lol

Welcome to TV. We just moved here from Roswell on 6/19. Our new street name in Polo Ridge is Roswell Rd. Hard to believe. But welcome.

My wife and I live in Alpharetta and bought a house this week in Charlotte. (Mayflower Loop). Please let me know where you are in Charlotte. We will be moving during the first week of August.:wave:

We will almost be neighbors when I eventually move to TV. Mom and I closed on our new home on Oldsmar Terrace in May.

Congrats to you. We live in Newnan, the house has been on the house for a year. This past week we have had a bunch of activity. We close in Sanibel on September 10th. Praying for all Hotlanta people to sell!

It seems to be picking up a bit here, in Kennesaw, too ... Not to jinx it! We just had a similar unit listed in the complex for $15,000 more than us so hope it sells ours! Have a contingent verbal offer from people who need to sell theirs but are way motivated. So hopefully all of us will be heading out oh the Hotlanta area real soon! Other than my girls nothing will be missed! Ok a couple go quilting buds!

Same question . . . we just closed on any Iris on Mayflower and will start transitioning there in a couple of weeks.
