Newbie here... How long will it take to sell out this new premier neighborhood in Pinellas? The Fernandina premier site has only one lot left!

13 lots in 24 hours, I thought there was a recession?

And 9 of those were $150,000+.

Well, we did it! Bought a lot in the new section of Pinellas! Yikes!!!! Nervous and excited at the same time... what's next an outbreak of pimples! Feel giddy as teenagers in our first car... Within a year we'll be Villagers....

The Premier neighborhood in Fernandina went on sale early last August: over 80 lots there and no models. So fewer lots available in the new Premier neighborhood of Pinellas, and 13 of them are models.

Not sure they are models rather than spec built houses, or a few of each
