Well have to say today is going to be a great day!! First of all, congratulations to the USA girls for winning gymnastics!! What hard work does!! That's the SPIRIT of america!! Not everyone gets the gold, nor deserves to but you go USA!! You deserve it!! Did these girls win these medals on "their own" working their tails off day after day?? hmmm sound familiar.

Today is the day we're going to Chick fil a with friends to support the businessman and FREE SPEECH!! Just because this business supports TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE (one man, one woman) and is closed on Sundays because of his religious beliefs he deserves our business!! I say go chick fil a. We'll be there later today.
6:30 am this morning lines are OUT THE DOOR are being reported!! Today will be the biggest day in the history of company!! Left sought to intimidate the company. Are they respectful of Christian views?? NO If this is any indication of what is to come in Nov, yepee!!!

Come on Catholics today is our day to get a great deal !!! Let's support "traditional values" and show our support !!!

I'm sure all the holier than thous just chock full of traditional American christian family values who are enthusiastically buying their chicken sandwiches & waffle fries today at Chick-Fil-A are just all, all paragons of virtue & high morals. There won't be a philanderer, a wife-beater, tax evader, animal abuser, drug abuser, or convicted shoplifter in the whole bunch.

Maybe if this Chick place makes a lot of $$ today - with all their new business and all - maybe the owner will give all his employees a nice big raise.

Wonder if they'll have metal detectors at the door ........

why do some feel it necessary to post inconsiderate, rude and abusive allegations about villagers and other supporters of christian values? folks dining at chick-fil-a today could be your neighbor or member of your golf foursome or pickle ball teammate -OR - just someone who LIKES chicken and waffle fries!!! i wonder which category of paragon/offender they feel they fit into or if such a post make them feel emotionally and morally superior to everyone else? how does someone come to be so critical of others?

Just got in and turned Rush on and Wow he says Chick a fills are doing so good they are selling out all over country!!

I'm heading out soon so will let you know how it goes. Hopefully it's just another indication that people do NOT want the government telling them what they do NOT believe. Most Americans believe in Traditional marriage as exhibited today!!

Seems like a comment more out of desperation and frustration. Less than 100 days before the liberals pack their offices up and are sent home as failures.

I will not be asking one of them because I have no reason to go to chik-fil-a. I am not interested one way or another on the matter.

We stopped by the restaurant today to show our support of free speech in America. That is our only issue, nothing having to do with personal lifestyles. It was jammed and as usual, the crowd was respectful, everyone standing in line, waiting their turn, with smiles all around. Chick Fil A always has the best fast food employees of any establishment; they pay more, have a scholarship program and really are a great place for young folks to learn how America has prospered for 200 years. Nobody is perfect, but this outfit gets as close as any commercial establishment I've seen. Glad to have helped today.

Just returned from Chick fil A Parking lot was filled!! People standing outside waiting to get in. Everyone was polite and of course talked politics. We even stood in line with Democrats who are fed up with Obama!! It was great seeing and talking to all these people who still believe in the christian values and principles that made this country great!! We were also very happy to see bus loads of kids there as these parents are most likely raising their children to believe in God and Country!! You go Chick fil A. JOB WELL DONE!! Their boycott backfired on them!! This is a sign of what's to come in Nov !! FREEDOM OF SPEECH IS what this country is ALL ABOUT even though Obama would like to take it away. 98 Days and counting!!! Just wondering what Mitt Romney thinks about the Chick-Fil-A episode, since Massachusetts was the first state in the country to allow same sex marriage while he was governor.

Ask your Grandchildren when they come home from school what they are learning. They are leaning more about Susie and Suzie as their Mommys, how the government can solve all the problems of the world, etc... than they are of the Constitution, God, and what made America great and exceptional!! Now don't get me wrong. If suzie and suzie and bobby and bobby want to do their own thing in the privacy of their home, that is their business but when you bring it into the PUBLIC schools etc.. it becomes the responsibility of each and every parent to speak up and say "NO I don't think so - this isn't the norm of society and when I feel my child is age appropriate I will teach them what I want them to know. The government has NO business teaching your child what you may feel is unethnical and wrong. The more rights the government has, the Less you have. Good luck with the grandchildren. We love their values and beliefs and have the right to support them just as you have the right to throw your money away on companies such as Ben and Jerry. That's what makes America great!! Very glad you had an uplifting experience at Chik-fil-a. There are a couple of things in your post that concerns me. You talk of Christian values that made this country great and how it was great to see people who still believe in Christian values. What about the Jewish people in America or of other faiths who are NOT Christian or even atheists? Do you think they do not deserve to be Americans?

You do not think that any protestor at Chik-fil-a had a right to be there and to voice his opinion is not included in FREEDOM OF SPEECH?

When and where did President Obama specifically say he wants to take away FREEDOM OF SPEECH?
