We will be part time for a year and then sell our home in N.J. and become full time.

Hi Rona & Bill. Our closing date is 3/21 and we will be snow birds for awhile and planning on selling our home in NH also to become full time. We are lot 155 at 1280 Allaire loop. Found out someone is building on the lot next to us at 1280 Allaire Loop.

We are lot 153 on Allaire Loop. Just about next door. Looking forward to meeting you guys in the near future. We have been here since Oct.

HI GranMan: I'm not in TV now, but will be a FROG on Partridge Ave. in Fernandina 206 come August 2013. I think thats not far from Allaire Loop. You're lucky to be down there already, and I hope you meet and enjoy your neighbors. I think if I were in your situation I'd throw an informal meet and greet and invite the neighbors by dropping by their homes to invite them in person. When my wife and I are there permanently this Summer, please include me and my better half, Marsha.

We will be moving down to Fernadina 206 on Abana Path this summer. Hopefully July or August. Any other Fernandinians in section 206? There have been so many houses built in that section since we were down there in August. Can't wait to meet everyone! :wave:

No, not from Brooklyn. I'm a Jersey Girl - born and bred and lived here most of my life. I imported Bill from Boston!

We live in Point Pleasant Beach and were severely impacted by "Sandy". Just moved back last week. We are lucky that we still had a home to return to, but the entire first floor needed to be rebuilt, etc. etc. etc. Can't wait to be in TV. I've had enough of the ocean now! We close on 2/11 and will down first week of March to start settling in. Hope to be "frogs" in another year!
