Bright House Service Areas
 

In an effort to make it easier, as my original post is getting a little long, I am going to make a new post with all the areas our service is available and I will continue to update it as more comes in.

Currently, we are only available south of 466A in the Villages of Charlotte, Collier, Fernandina, Gilchrist,Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Sanibel as well as the Villas of Amber, Atmore, Barrineau, Bookelia, Eleanor, Lauren, Lindsey, Megan, New Haven, Perdido (4/24), and Sharon. Again, more to come in the future.

In these areas we offer Home Phone, High Speed Internet, Digital Cable, and now HOME SECURITY!

Paul, a friend of ours on Olympia St in Fernandina is closing tomorrow. He called Bright House for service two weeks ago (using Zip Code 32163) and was told "service wasn't available." I would have pursued it further, but he didn't and then opted to go with your competion, Comcast. You should try calling the new service number listed on your web site and see if you don't have a similar experience. Not all new owners stop here on TOTV first before signing up for cable service. You're shooting yourselves in the foot, as they say.

I have run into that situation many times. It is unfortunate. All I can do is try to reach as many people as I can and hope that if a customer calls in to customer service they reach a someone on the other end who knows what they are talking about. If it doesn't work out for your friend or if you know of anyone else that may need help, please pass on my info. Thanks!

Is there any chance of Brighthouse continuing to go north in the future? I'd love to have Brighthouse.

It is a possibility in the future, but we are still trying to keep up with construction south of 466A. If we are able to catch up there then maybe the higher ups would look at going north, but I know I have heard estimates of at least another year of new construction in our current areas.

I live on Marion county Road and was wondering if you have service out there yet ? And if not would that be added in the future as it is not technically "the Villages" but nearby...the name of the road off of Marion County Road is Lillian Lane..ty!

Security fees
 

on the security you provide is there a monthly fee or quarterly? Or do we need to sign for an annual service. We will email or call you direct t oenquire more on this.

We have Bright House and are South of 466A. Their customer service is very good and we have had no problems with our cable. I would highly recommend them!!

There is a monthly fee, but there is no contract. The monthly monitoring fee is dependent on how many services you have with us. Please feel free to call or email me for more information.

Thanks to everyone for all the support! I appreciate it all. Lysander is the top producer in our team and has taught me a ton over the last few years. He will take care of you at the same or at a better level than I could of

Good to know you now cover Nutwood. We had Brighthouse at our condo in Kissimmee and it was great TV, phone and internet service and above all customer support was excellent.
Service wasn't avaialble when we called the Brighthouse number in February.
We ended up getting DISH for TV service and the picture quality is not as good as we had with Brighthouse.
We went with Century Link for phone and Internet. Their product is ok but again it isn't Brighthouse. And the hoops we had to jump through to get installation just about drove us insane. They twice missed appointments and the third time showed up 3 hours late.
We may well switch back to Brighthouse.

Ever going to be in Sabal Chase-Lucky Lane area
