I met the man who did the voice of the character with the tablet on his head.(Don't want to give away the answer.) He was a member of our Rotary Club in Escondido CA. He was Dick Beals and he was small enough to be a jockey. Nice guy. Died last year.

Do more...it was fun.

Day the music died was actually a tribute to Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper who all died in the same plane crash, One of the lines in the song is...
"And, the three men I admire most: the Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost, they
caught the last train for the coast the day the music died "

#3 is wrong. It's "Get your kicks in Route 66" The Trix commercial was "Silly Rabbit, Trix are for kids.
#8 the jazz trumpet playing Satchmo was Louis Armstrong. Satchel Paige was a baseball player.
#11 should be draft cards.
#20. The Alka Seltzer kid is "Speedy"

Would you like the rest of them?

cathyw 01-20-2013 12:58 PM

I got all but number 20. I think bras were burned for women's rights, not to protest the war. Right? Or am I having another "senior moment"?
