Need someone to power wash house
 

Who can I get to power wash my house?

Richard King 408-2094 have used him for several years. Just did my house yesterday. House and Large Birdcage $90.

Egners. They are the best. Don't have number but they are in paper and phone book.

I also use Egners. Very happy with their work. Have them power wash twice a year.

He's been taking care of washing a number of homes in our neighborhood for several years - we got on board with him soon after we bought our house. One person in the neighborhood coordinates getting a list of those who want their houses washed then schedules Jason to come out. Usually takes him several days to get them all done but he gives us good pricing since he has essentially zero travel time/deadheading between jobs.

He's always done an excellent job for us.

OK, now that's the kind of plan we all should have. Can you imagine our price negotiating power with a cooperative sysem of purchasing on power washing, lawn mowing, lawn care in general, or whatever else we need? Every village could do that. I'm going to suggest it to our newly formed neighborhood association in Sanibel. Thanks Bill. :BigApplause:

What about "No Pressure"?

Call natures way 352-989-7398. Jason does a great job and his prices are great. He uses simple green so there's no bleach which is better for your house and not harmful to your pets or plants.

I would recommend Richard King 352-408-2094. He is very thorough and always does an excellent job. My house sparkles when he's done!! He washes all the windows and my porch furniture. We've used him for 6 years now. Nice guy!!

When, during the year, do you have your house washed? Are there better months than others, heat vs less heat, etc. If on a semi annual basis, which months are preferred? Thanks!

We use Stellars, who also do our pest control. Very satisfied.

Based on comments made in this thread I hired Egner to clean my house, driveway, etc. He was efficient. He was personable. He was also about three times the cost than the previous guy I used. I am left undecided about whom to use next time?
