We just bought a house on Yearling Way in the Village of Pinellas. We are looking forward to moving in as soon as we can! Any other Pinellas newbies out there?

Building a home on yearling way.....close end of May!

Welcome we're from PA and will settle in May on Yearling Way I can't wait! We have rented in the villages the past 7 years !!

We are on Altair Path .. closing on May 24. It is amazing how fast they are building around here and look forward to welcoming new neighbors!

We are so excited to be joining you all in TV! Don and I visited in January for our LSV and immediately fell in love with the area. Our new home on Tallsman Ct. in the Village of Pinellas at Evans Prairie is making great progress. We will be closing in July on our TV home and ready to enjoy the TV experience! It has been a whirlwind experience and we are anxious to kick back and enjoy all the fun of retirement! Sally and Don

We are also on Altair Path and will close on June 21st. I can't believe how fast things move. Visited the area in March and not one house started. Came back down April 3rd and a couple of slabs down. By the time we left April 13th, at least 20 houses started. The pictures of our new home being built are amazing.
Up north we are still having winter - snow just yesterday. But today the sun is out and despite temperatures still in the low 30's, we think spring may be on its way (ever the optimist). We keep saying "this is the last winter here" and repeating it whenever the weather gets us down.
Can't wait to meet all our new neighbors. PM me and lets get to know each other.

Welcome to Pinellas. We are on Nutwood. Sounds like you will glad to wave bye bye to this winter, just like here in Western Canada, spring is a good month and a half late. But it is finally here, we have hit 80 degrees today.

Closing May 9th on Yearling Way. Already attended a party with the neighbors. Can't wait. welcome.

We are so excited to join you all in Pinellas. We received photos of our home on Tallsman Ct under construction...amazing progress. It is exciting to see our dream coming alive! We will visit in June, close in July and move in August from Wilmington, NC to TV. Love this website to get the latest recommendations and answers to all our questions. :2excited::jester:

We will be joining you in Pinellas...close in July on Tallsman Ct and will move in mid August. We cannot wait to begin our TV dream. It is amazing the progress each week in the construction of our new home. We are so excited to join everyone in Pinellas!

Oops!

We put a deposit on a lot on Yearling Way earlier this month and have our design meeting in mid-July. This will be our third Villages home! We never thought we would be one of those "average three homes" Villagers you hear about, but here we are making another move...hopefully our best home yet in TV! Our house should be done by the end of September or early in October. We are anxious to spend our first fall and winter in Pinellas!

Glad to hear you are our neighbor! We are also building an Avalon on 2181(right side of cul de sac)...where are you? We move from Wilmington, NC in August. We are coming down in June, July and August to check on things and begin bringing down some items movers will not haul. Don lived in Fairfax Station in Virginia prior to our NC stint! Anxious to meet you and join the Tallsman Ct neighborhood!:D

we are building on Nighthawk Terrace and will be closing the beginning of August. We are very excited and can't wait to move in.

I closed on a patio villa in Pinellas in May. So excited to go this weekend to finish decorating. I'm getting ready to rent it mostly for the winter. I live in Lakeland, 65 miles away, so plan to be there when possible while I finish my last 2 years of teaching before I retire. :BigApplause:

Welcome to Pinellas. We have a patio villa on Nutwood. Only spent a few nights there so far, as we had to head back north. But, we will be back at the end of December for 4-5 months after my wife retires. Good luck with the rentals. We are rented until end of June, but nothing else for rest of year.

Closing July 2nd on Rainsong Avenue. Movers are bringing our furniture down from NC on July 9th. Right now renting a villa in Mallory Square . Can't wait to meet new neighbors in Pinellas. Welcome to all. Sandie & Bob

we have our meeting at end of next month for Lilly Home on corner of Apache Way and Yearling - looking forward to meeting all - we are getting out of Dodge - have spent last 13 yrs in DC Area - Alexandria, Va to be specific - will be glad to get out of Belt Way Rat Race.

We are closing on Nighthawk Terrace on August 6th and can't wait to move even if its a short distance fromWest Palm Beach. Looking forward to meeting all our new neighbors.

We are closing on our home on Useppa Oaks on August 2. Are very new to the Villages as we bought after 3 days on our first visit. Looking forward to meeting our neighbors.

We will be settling on Yearling Way in mid July! We can't wait to meet all our new neighbors!

We are moving down to TV at the end of the month to Nighthawk Terrace. We have been coming down the last four years renting for a few weeks, and decided it was time to buy. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Closed on our home July 2nd on Rainsong Ave., The Village of Pinellas. Movers brought furniture from NC July 9th(yesterday). We will be moving in gradually from now until the end of August and we are happy to say that we will be living in TV permanently. Looking forward to meeting our new neighbors and making new friends. If anyone in the area likes the grass cutting company they are using, let me know who they are and a phone no. Looking for someone to mow for a month until we get settled in.

We have been using Hometown. Scotty Holmes is the owner and his phone number is 352-789-4713. His crew has been doing an excellent job of mowing our lawn. We paid a little extra to have it mowed by walk behind mower instead of by tractor. His crew does a nice job. I had asked him for a price on weeding the beds for six weeks or so until we move down there and he said "no charge!" We will be in our new home on Yearling Way very soon.

Congrats to you also on your new home, thanks for the suggestion! I will be contacting him for an estimate.

My husband and I moved into a house on Altair Path on July 12 relocating from South Florida. Very excited to be here. Does anyone know of a pet sitter will watch cats when we aren't here? Also I need recommendations for custom closet company and company that does bird cages?

Congrats and welcome! You beat us there, we start our move this Sat., We can't wait to get the move over with and settle in. It's been a stressful three months, and we are ready for some R&R. Looking forward to meeting "you all"!
