Attachment 20136We go to Rae Rae's every Sunday. My favorite is a pancake with whipped cream and strawberries. The best pancakes ever. Everything looks good. Great service, friendly staff that makes you feel like your home

I agree, they are very good for breakfast (haven't tried lunch) and hope they can survive the construction on 441 there in Fruitland Park.
I love their home fries and whatever you order you get plenty. They make you feel like a regular even on your first visit.

The "B" marker on this Google map will show their precise location. It shows just one route to Rae Rae's location as an example. Exact route determined by your location. https://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=C...=18&via=1&z=14

I guess we can't get there by golf cart.

Shimpy 09-03-2013 03:43 PM

No, not golf cart accessible. On 441, west side of hwy and about 1/4 mile north of the western or boot store. Located at the very southern end of the strip mall. Also about 1/2 mile or less north of where 25A intersects 441.
I had to make a couple "U" turns the first time I went there but it was well worth it. We enjoy eating there so much we hate to get up and leave as they make you feel so welcome.

Tried the hash this time and WOW was it delicious. Always leave stuffed and we share 1 pancake just because they are great too.

Rae Rae's is one of our favorites for breakfast. We take 466A to Spring Lake Rd (on Right). This brings you to 441 and Rae Rae's is just a short distance down on the right in a small shopping center next door to the western boot store.

Great service and I highly recommend it for Rae Rae's or any other restaurant listed! We use Village Delivery regularly and the expediency of the service is also excellent.

Also remember that Rae Rae's closes early in the afternoon as well as a few others on the list. So make sure you get your order in well in advance of those restaurant's closing times.

My wife and I just ate there today for the second time. Great food and service, just wish I lived a little closer. You cannot go wrong eating there.

buzzy 10-08-2013 09:31 PM

We liked their hot wings. I had them breaded, wife had them naked.

caseycasebeer 10-09-2013 06:51 AM

I had the 'hash a couple days ago ... easily the best I've Ever had. Yumm....
Mary had a blueberry waffle, and raved about how good it was.

Huh! Didn't other customers object to your wife eating her wings like that? I'll just have to have a a little talk with Tim about this! :1rotfl:

buzzy 10-09-2013 08:04 PM

Well, Tim doesn't call them naked. That's a term I picked up at Mallory, from my golf group.

Zoomie1955 10-09-2013 08:55 PM

We have gone there at least a dozen times. Our favorite place for breakfast by far!!! Tim and the girls are the best!! I told Tim he will need to knock down a wall soon!!!
