The man who held 3 kidnapped women prisoner for years in Cleveland hanged himself in his jail cell.

So he was just one month into his prison term, and he couldn't take it. And he subjected those 3 young women to many years of imprisonment and abuse. What a piece of work. Well he just saved the taxpayers in Ohio a lot of money. Sorry if that sounds harsh.

I wonder if he had a little bit of "assistance".......???? What a creep.

I agree Laura. It is hard to find any feelings of forgiveness for his whole attitude of "they enjoyed it".

Now he will see if what religion says is true.

I AGREE...a month of torture? not even torture comparatively. I would have hoped he lived a lonnnnnnggggg time in that cell and that is one prison sentence I wouldn't have minded paying.

He saved himself from being shanked by another inmate, given his crimes were televised and heinous even to most inmates. I'm glad for the girls and families that the monster is dead. I'd guess his being alive would have continued to frighten them.

At least one psychologist believes this robs the victims of their control.

Umm, THEY generally don't tell the truth about such things.

It would have been difficult in thirty minutes to tear sheets and tie them together and hang yourself. They said there was a surveillance camera on him all of the time.

If other inmates could have had access to him his life would have been the hell he deserved. He would have seen what it was like to be raped. It's a shame he couldn't have been forced to give birth.

I make it a habit to keep my words soft and sweet as my quote on the bottom of my posts states, but I have to say "GOOD RIDDENCE!!!" The coward did all taxpayers a huge favor by ending his life and not spending thousands of dollars on appeals and providing him with three hots and a cot for the remainder of his useless life.

I saw one of the pitiful but STRONG victims on t.v. during his trial saying how heinous it was for them to see him going to church on Sundays to then return "home" to torture them.

Well, about going to church and being evil....church is for sinners to prepare to meet their Maker.

I always wonder how people can say Satan does not exist. To me this guy was an embodiment of Satan.

Although he died a much more merciful, quick death than he deserved, his punishment will likely be eternal, never-ending....far more torturous than death by executioners...and relentless.

I hope the girls can feel some sense of relief. God, please bless them and their families.

That's what I was thinking. Sometimes even prisoners don't want to be around scum of the earth people either.

I'm glad that piece of trash is dead, but somehow I feel cheated.

I agree with George Bieniaszek plus his medical bills paid too with our tax dollars. Prisoners get better care than we do.

I don't know if any of you noticed about this case that two of the young women were in special education. Anyone who knows me knows that I have a very special place in my heart for this issue.

I would have liked to personally have kicked the livin' crap outa that man.

Gracie, you know I used to work cases of child sexual abuse. I fantasized mechanical castration...even set up a paper cutter and trash can once and put a sign up on the door. Colleagues loved it.

I have to say: I AGREEEEEEEEEE!!!!! That piece of adulterated crap got off far too easy. He should have had to live out his days being raped EVERY day by his fellow inmates and should have lived to a ripe old age.

I imagine the women feel cheated. I know I would. Ten years of confinement, rape and torture. The guy only dealt with confinement for 30 days. There just isn't enough fire where that man is going.

This individual's (sorry, he is not a man or even particularly human to my mind) crimes puts him way up there for those who deserve the worst. He took the easy way out too soon. The only good thing I can say is that we won't be footing the bill to further clothe, feed, house and protect it any longer. May his grave be far from others, may he be buried face down and may his place in Hell be in the furthest depths.

I truly wish I could joke about that disgusting excuse for a human being but I just can't find any humor. He is just too evil. I wonder if the women he abused for a decade will ever be able to find something to laugh about.

I honestly am not offended. I think it is terrific that you can laugh. I wish I could but ...I just can't. I actually have some experience with kidnapping, rape, and torture so I perhaps see it a little differently. To that point, i don't think the women are having a chuckle over this. I am glad others who are not directly affected can raise their spirits over this using humor to do so. One of the reasons humor is so helpful in getting along.
