No Notifications Anymore
I always got an e-mail notification when a post was put on a thread that I had posted on. I no longer get that. I checked my settings to make sure the instant notification box was checked and it is.
Is it just me or is anyone else having that issue ? |
Same here.
Since the middle of September. Have set my Centurylink acct. to not filter spam. Still not receiving thread up dates. Any ideas moderator/administrator? |

A few weeks ago, I stopped receiving e-mail notifications when someone sends me a PM.
I just checked my setup, and I should be receiving an e-mail when someone sends me a PM as that box has a check mark in it. The forum can send a message to your email address to inform you when someone sends you a private message. Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages This is not a huge issue, but it was nice to get those e-mail notifications. I will send an e-mail to the admin to see if something changed, or if this can be fixed. |

Anyone who is having this issue, please 'log out' of your TOTV account. You can do this by clicking on the 'Log Out' icon in the navigation menu at the top of the page to the far right. We recommend clearing your cookies and cache of your device. Then log back in. We just tested and everything functioned correctly. This should take care of this issue for you. If not feel free to let us know.

I logged out of TOTV, closed browser, deleted history and cookies, then logged back into TOTV and posted a new thread. Notification still not working. Talk Host and his crew would have already solved this problem.

I started getting notifications again, about 4 days ago. Centurylink ISP Thunderbird e-mail program.... Thanks! |
