Wow! Best Ribs Ever - Texas Stockyard BBQ
 

Fall off the bone good and as if that wasn't good enough, they have a coupon for 2 for $20, which included a full rack of ribs (dry or wet), 4 sides, 2 breads...The platter of ribs was huge!
The old boy is a rib lover and he said they were the best ever...So many ribs we came home with 4 ribs....Yummmm!

Is there a County Line restaurant near The Villages? I love their B-B-Q.

I have eaten there on several occasions. always good.

Better than Oakwood? Better than Burke's? Oh man I have to try Texas Stockyards

Our golf group has been going there for a couple years now. They always welcome our group of 12 to 20 during the winter months. We keep going during the summer because they always except a reservation. Fun group of employee's

Their "stuffed spud" is great also. Huge baked potato stuffed with your choice of meat and all the other tater fixins!

I believe it is the best BBQ restaurant in the area. I think that their ribs are spectacular. I have never had a bad meal there.

Do they put bottles of the different BBQ sauces on the tables or do they still give you those little cups of BBQ sauce?

We definitely think Oakwood and Burkes is better. Been to Texas Stockyard, a few times , breakfast was horrible, ribs were ok, not great. They are different just not our taste and hubby is from Texas originally. Glad so many enjoy it though always good to see a business do good out here! I unfortunately still compare places here to my old ol' Chicago restaurants.... none come close. LOL

I like them. Also like Oakwood. Just different.

Very very good. Not sure they'd surpass County Line, but haven't seen then other than TX and OK.

It's very deep smoked flavor which we prefer. However, overall, we like the sides better at Oakwood.

Texas Stockyard. Ate there last night, party of 20. They have come along way. Service was great, relatively quick for a party that size. Food was good, server is pleasant, knows the menu and is accommodating. Not a full bar for whatever reason, that's ok. Don't believe there were any complaints. Oh, the dining room was full.

I take it you are talking about the Texas Stockyards near Fort Worth, TX.
