I've been thinking about a facial filler such as juviderm for marionette lines , has anyone had any experience with fillers? Any recommendations?

No matter what kind of filler you use, your body will start to break it down as soon as it is injected. So, be prepared to spend big bucks every 6 to 12 months to maintain the results.

Juviderm seems to last for half a year. If you like a little plumper appearance it seems harmless enough. I got tired of the pain from the needle myself and seriously nobody ever seemed to notice the difference but me and my doctor’s wallet.

Velvet, where did you go for your filler injections? PS loved your humor regarding "doctor's wallet."

It was in another country, and several years ago. I found it for me anyways, a not terribly useful experience.

What I have found is that if one wants a special effect playing with makeup foundations in several values can get better effect than injections. I like to experiment with hue and value on canvass and sometimes on my body.

Just like stage makeup artists you can put on or take off twenty years and then, just wash it off! If one blends carefully and not use heavy stuff it can look very natural and for the pool one can spray on a waterproof layer.
