CYV White Fence Parts

Where can I buy replacement fence slats/boards? My Villa has the white pvc/vinyl fencing that is 1 inch x 3 inch x 30 inch long hollow pvc rectangular tubing. Thanks for the help.

Fence

I can’t Remember the name of the company that does the work for the villages, they are located on Rt 42 about 1 mile west of Rt 301 on the left side of the road.

Call home warranty to find out the original installer and then see if parts are available.

You can no longer call home warranty for that information.

They’ll direct you to this site.

Thank you, I forgot they had changed from a phone call to this site, I have now bookmarked this for future reference.

I put my Villages ID into that site, and although my lot# and address show up, there is ZERO information on my house (that was built in 2017-18)...

Luckily, at closing, I was given a multipage printout of the specs of my home...

And if you lost it, your sales agent can pdf it to you, providing the home is no older than 15 years

One other item I thought of, call ACE hardware on 466, they stock or can get a lot of village specific items, I have no idea if they handle fencing, but it would be worth a phone call.

Good luck with your research. My patio villa built in 2012 has the same fencing as described. I have the slats, but am missing the little black connectors. I’ve contacted the villages, original builder, all current builders, ace hardware, Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon…etc. getting no where fast. Any other suggestions?

When I worked at ACE on 466, they carried the connectors , latches and left and right springs for the latches .

Wildwood would probably have them as well but give them a call before making the trip .

Ace hasn't been able to get those rivets for over a year ... that's what the guy at the Southern Trace location told me. He also said you won't be able to find them anywhere, even online, which I can corroborate.

Now I have 2 and am looking for a way to reproduce some and thought of a 3D printing company. Any suggestions of a place like that nearby?

If you live in The Villages, more than likely you won’t be able to install a fence (s)

I would suggest that you check with the ARC before expending any further efforts….

Yes , I know that some houses have them but they were installed by The Villages in certain areas and on some very specific models ….
