Life Style Preview

We are returning to TV for the third time on the Life Style Preview program. When we first visited, the coordinator said it was a once in a life time offer.

Has anyone else visited TV on their Life Style Preview program and has anyone gone more than once? If yes, how many times?

It's a good deal. It's usually offered for just a one time visit but sometimes they run specials during off season that if you came down once on it, you're offered to come down again

It includes free golf; two dinners from soups to nuts; free movie passes and a free lunch. It really is a good deal and worth taking advantage of.

TIMES ARE TOUGH. THE VILLAGES USED TO ONLY ALLOW ONE TRIP, BUT NOW THEY ARE CALLING PEOPLE TO ASK THEM DOWN FOR A SCEOND AND THIRD TIME.

I for one do not know if this is a good deal. I am investigating renting a two bedroom two bath home and found a number available. We are two couples that are both interested in moving to TV. By renting a home we figure we can stay for half the Life Style Preview and many of the homes include free golf and a cart.

We just took advantage of this program, signing up for a four day visit. At the end of three days, we requested a 2-day extension, which they granted, after we returned our "Freebie card" - which they enhanced by adding another movie (all of this was for two people), extra dinners, lunches and one breakfast! It was great! We stayed our first night at the new hotel in Spanish Springs ($125/night?) - the stay in the cottages cost us $100/night - for a three bedroom cottage (beautiful!) The "freebies" are as was mentioned... we got two free rounds of golf, one on an executive course, one on Arnies course. We spent very little on food for the entire trip, and there was no limit on the cost of each meal (the servers are happy to recommend the most expensive meal on the menu as the tip is included, and they naturally get more if you order more!).

We would, and have, recommended this to anyone who would be interested!

We drove down in our RV from Virginia. Stayed at Recreation Plantation and drove around ourselves for a couple of days before contacting the sales office. Didn't get any "deals" from the developer and were free to roam around at will. The place sold itself, really. The day we went to the sales office was the day we put down our binder. We lived in our RV until our villa was completed and ready for us to move in. Took four weeks from the date of the binder until we closed.

We have since sold our RV because it didn't move once we got here. We love it so much we couldn't find any reason to go anywhere else for a "vacation"!!!

I've heard of people using the preview multiple times, if you only want to stay for a few days it's great if you want to stay longer you're probably better off renting for a month.
