We had our first dinner at Legacy since it reopened and were pleased with the new décor -- very upscale, modern and classy. The food portions were generous and delicious. A little twist on the presentation of the Caesar salad made it extremely tasty. Yes, the prices were towards the high side for the Villages, but when the food is exceptional, I don't mind that. They do have a 3-5pm happy hour which we missed, but my draft beer was $3 and a Margarita (well) was $6.50. There are other places here that charge more. All in all, VERY NICE.:)

We were there a week ago and enjoyed it too. My husband had the duck and I had the sacchetini with marsala sauce. Both were excellent.

Went there a week ago. Sat at a booth, which I thought may be quiet. The food and service were good, but the restaurant was very noisy.

My wife & I have tried dining in the restaurant, & having drinks at the bar with bar food. Our experience was terrible in both. We were optimistic about the new opening, but have to say we were disappointed. Issues we encountered are too numerous to mention, but everyone has their own opinion, but that’s ours. Hope your experience is better than ours. We will not go back.

We brought our guests there and everyone enjoyed it.

We have had dinner there 5 times and I had lunch with friends. All 6 meals were excellent and so was the service. The restaurant is beautiful. My new favorite
along with BluFin.

Do people really mean it when they say, "we will not go back", "never again" or is that just the cutesy way of ending?

We took guests there last night and were delighted. Two of us had the pork shank; others ordered trout, and one of the chicken dishes. All entrees were tasty and beautifully presented. We had excellent service and the manager stopped by twice. The interior is beautiful. Love the jewel tones. We will be back. I thought the prices were in line for fine dining. The pork shank makes three meals for me (plus a serving for doggie).

When my other half says it, he means it. Re: Sonny's Barbecue. The infraction happened at Sonny's in another town somewhere on the Intracoastal Waterway over 20 years ago. So we don't go to any Sonny's anywhere.

For us I never send a vail threat. If i say never again, for us it’s the same as the symbol “you are dead to me”. On the occasion that we do eat at a restaurant here, always give them a chance to rectify the issue, however if management just does not care, that would be an establishment I would not return to.

Been there twice to eat. Enjoyed it both times no complaints, IF there's a problem ask for the manager they'll fix it.

Dined in bar after late afternoon golf game. All had appetizers, salads and drinks. Food and service was terrific.

We had an enjoyable but pricey dinner at Legacy. Decor is very nice, food is good, and service was impeccable. I have one beef for the price I hate the chintzy cutlery and drinking a $70 bottle of wine from Dollar Store glasses. I intend to tell management that this is a giant FAIL

Our daughter made the same comment about the glasses.
