Construction Update for Dabney Including The Enclave March 10, 2024
 

This is an update of Dabney including The Enclave. Other than the Enclave which is less than half occupied at this time, this will be my last video of Dabney. The Enclave will not sell out for a while because of the high cost of the lots and bonds. It took TV two and a half years to build out The Villages of West Lake from the time they started clearing the land until it is all built out - except for the Enclave which is a unique area attracting that special buyer.
