I really miss Kiley & Sons.....tried calling Frank Gay once....good luck actually talking to a human being.

Did not know they had commercials and heard that they were radio commercials. Have had satellite radio for 15+ years and so glad I subscribed.

BIngo! If I knew nothing else about Frank Gay Services that commercial alone would steer me away from them.

Sadly, they are buying up all of the local HVAC businesses that were honest and resonable.

I understand that they charge $39 just to provide a quote. Quotes should be free. I would never pay a contractor for a quote.

I too hate those commercials for Frank Gay on The Villages radio station. I told my husband I would not hire them just because of their commercials. Now we hear that they have high prices. They might need a revamp of their professional image.

Prices for almost all services within the Villages are high. I recently changed from the Villages Dental to a dentist in Leesburg and saved almost half for the same services.
