Very true just wish our broiler could get as hot as the ones we used to have.

Cannot do a good job broiling steaks in it.

Pan fry is the way to go when it comes to steak.

I sure miss the in-house made Andouille sausage I used to get at the Whole Foods in Reno. Does Best Meats do such a thing?
