Fedex and UPS deliveries
 

For those who live in TV, can you tell me are FedEx, UPS and other deliveries delivered directly to your home, or is there a central receiving place. How do delivery trucks get into each village without an access card? How do furniture delivery trucks get into TV?

Kit...FedEx and UPS deliver directly to your house; furniture delivery (and other service) trucks can gain entrance via the visitor gates without any prior authorization required of you. As you will read in other posts, TV is not a truly gated community. There are gates in front of residential areas, but any visitor can hit the button and be granted access by Villages Watch. These are public roads, maintained by the County, so access cannot be fully restricted.
