Lanai Enclosure
 

Does anyone have a suggestion for a company that does lanai enclosures?

I just signed a contract on Friday with CVS. My wife and I went to one of their lunch seminars to see the product. Afterwards we went to the homes of a people we knew that had gone with CVS to see the windows firsthand. We also went to a house that had gone with a different company. The CVS product was more costly but also in my opinion a better product.

I had Brian Freitag enclose my lanai. He did a wonderful job....did a lot of extras that I hadn't seen before in an enclosed lanai. Everything he did was "top shelf". He used to work for TV so I called TV for a referral and they gave him an excellent recommendation. His phone number is 352-516-0668.

We had ours enclosed with Acrylic sliders using the existing metal already in place by Abishier. They have a showroom in Lake Sumter Landing. They did an excellent job and had the best price I could get. The sliders are very high quality with dark tint windows and Steves workmanship is second to none. They have a sample in the store you can see. Call Steve at Abishier 352-350-6382. He is a Great guy and does a great job. I also had him put in a large 16x21 Pergola since we had the Lanai done and he also gave us the BEST price out of 3 price quotes.

We used Elite Lifestyles, 352-748-0473. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and with the installers' workmanship. They have a showroom on 301, one and half miles south of 466.

give Lifestyles a call, our opinion the best workmanship. we had 4 quotes and visited previous work of other installers, we made the right choice with Lifestyles. no the cheapest but the best quality of work.

We have a contract with T&D to do our expansion and enclosure. Very pleased with this company so far. We've heard nothing from anyone with negative comments...

We are coming for our lifestyle visit on 2/22 and in looking at homes the item with the most importance to us is the lanai, so I'm curious what the ballpark price is for enclosing a lanai?

Custom Windows & Design in Leesburg did ours. Full length glass sliders that stack in all directions so you don't lose the open feeling when it's nice out. They have a showroom in Leesburg off of 441.

Just have to join in with our Elite Lifestyle experience. We signed our contract with them in mid-Sept. Chose them because of several referrals, and believe they have the Best product available. Well, that is all the Good things I can say about this company. Here we are Jan. 22, 2014, still not finished ! The absolute Worst service I have experienced with any company in Florida. No communication, unless we call them, if you call , some one shows up with excuses, damaged product, had to send back to the factory, that is the one we hear the Most. Each employee blames delays on some one else, overbooked etc. I will say, it seems like a great product, but do Not Expect any kind of decent service! Well, will go back to watching TV , while the wind blows in , where I am waiting for my door to show up, which by the way was supposed to be in a Today! I guess another phone call in the morning, another excuse !!!!!

The price to enclose our 9x19 lanai with heavy duty dark tinted acrylic sliders through Steve at Abishier in Lake Sumter Landing and was $4000.00 in October 2011. We are VERY happy with it. See Ourtime message in this thread for Picture.
