Went to Cody's tonight (always found Cody's a favorite) very disappointed. Fish was dry and overcooked, salad arrived after our entree-maybe just an off night but not returning soon.

What did the server and the manager say when you told them of the problem?

We go to Cody's weekly. Service and food has always met or exceeded expectations. Cody's does a good job of servicing large numbers. Possible a mistake was made it happens, but I know the management would make it right if it was brought to their attention. The server always writes the managers name on the table for that very reason.

Cody's is a favorite, but you had a not so great experience and you're ready to stop going there? It is high season; the restaurant staff is probably stretched to the max to handle the volume; no one is perfect. Why not just chalk it up to an "off night" and give them a break?

He is giving them a break...he's not going again soon. Not forever, just soon. They charge plenty and are in the restaurant business...they should be ready for high season.

I'm with somsyank. Wait. One more chance. Then punt.

Cody's serves my best guess 200 - 300 plus patrons a day seven days a week,
one not to par meal and it's a catastrophe .... That warrants a boycott

We visit Cody's often and enjoy the food except for fish. We have found it be undercooked or overcooked. This will not stop of from patronizing Cody's as everything else we have tried has been good.
