Price for rental property???
 
We purchased a second home in Duval Village. We need to know what our monthly rental price should be. The house is about 1150 SQ FT. 3 BR 2 Bath with a two car garage. Very close to Turtle Mound Course and Seabreeze Rec Center. Can you make a suggested monthly price for in season and off season?

We find our rentals on thevillages4rent.com site it is a very good site.

Just curious what model has 3 bedrooms a two car garage and is only 1150 sq ft. under air?
