Cart not engaging transmission all the way
 

Hi Frank my 2007 EZGO gas cart does not engage the transmission completely with the shift lever. Get a bit of a clunk when it jumps into gear. It's just not smooth.

The system is made up of linkage and cables to the differential. Either the cables and linkage are out of adj or short of lubrication. Assuming there is no serious bind in a cable a general service should correct.
