How do I start up a new club?
 
I am trying to start a club, but I need directions about how to go about it. Do I rent a room at a rec center? Do they allow alcohol? I've never done this before so I need help!! There are 28 folks that are interested.

What type of club, one might already exist.

You need to talk to the Rec Department first.
