We really have to be looking out for ourselves when choosing and remembering that the companies will go where there is money to be made and consumers who will purchase. Yes, I hope more people will learn how to eat and enjoy natural whole foods, rather than health-destroying processed foods.

To a certain extent, that applies to ALL companies. Dr. Mercola sells red meat that contains heme iron and copper. Heme iron from red meat puts people at higher risk for all kinds of degenerative diseases as they age. Iron and copper together puts folks at higher risk for Alzheimer's disease.

He either doesn't know it, which I would find hard to believe, or, making money is getting in the way of disclosing this important information to consumers.
