Searching For Fellow Retirees
 

Just curious and wondering if there are any fellow retirees from General Electric or Black & Decker in The Villages. Would be fun to chat some about our mutual pasts.

I worked twenty years as a contract manager for GE Aerospace in Utica, NY, which was sold to Martin Marietta/Lockheed Martin in 1993. After a couple of years at Lockheed Martin in Syracuse, I again went back to GE, this time at GE Power Systems in Schenectady, NY. Spent four years there, didn't like the job or the area, and returned to Lockheed Martin in Syracuse to finish out my career. But I'm still very proud of my GE service, where I had great opportunities and enjoyed a good paying job with a high quality company.
