I founded the Seacoast eBay Sellers Group when I lived in NH and we had a great time.
Now that I'm down living in TV, I see there are no close groups. I really want to start one here.

I just moved down here a few weeks ago.
I am also an eBay Education Specialist and top rated seller. If you know of other eBay Sellers in The Villages, let them know.
I founded the Sellers Group in New Hampshire. We had guest speakers (some from eBay) and we also had time to network and learn from each other.
The purpose of the sellers group is to learn and have fun. We keep it light and positive.
Right now I'm just gathering interest from everyone and then I need to find a venue. I'm thinking of meeting at a rec center or perhaps Panera to begin.
Any thoughts?

I've bought more than I've sold on eBay, to the point of almost being addicted to the site a few years ago. Now, I'm interested in selling some Waterford crystal and collector-type Christmas ornaments. I'd love to join a group that would help me get back into eBay.

I think many people will be and are interested. Panera may be too small and/or too "public." I think a room in a rec center is a better idea. In your previous group, was it limited to existing eBay sellers? If not, here in the Villages, a meeting such as this could end up being attended by more curiosity seekers than "members," no?

Stay tuned. I will be starting The Villages eBay Sellers Group within the next month. We will be set up on meetup.com and the first meeting will be at Panera at Lake Sumter.
