I read this morning that they think they caught the mugger at TJMAXX.
 

I read it and typed in his name and he has been arrested three times before and he is only 23.

Wonderful news Gracie and lets hope they lock him away for a long time. It's a shame what he did to that lady.

It won't happen. How many times have you read about one getting caught for the 28th time. I'd like to see a law that would say to the effect that if a judge lets someone convicted of more than 2 crimes back on the street, then HE has to serve his time in jail along with him.

I am guessing that you know where to read it. I am trying NOT to make waves on here.

You know Shimpy. that makes a lot of sense. I am so disgusted with this lowlife piece of trash coming here and harming an innocent woman that I could just BITE.

You may be right but it very well could happen under the Florida 3 strikes and your out law. A person convicted of three violent felonies should get life in prison with no parole, according to the law.

Gracie, Is this the same 23 year old that they suspect was involved with the TJ Maxx incident?

I believe the person he attacked was a senior citizen, which should make that a felony, in addition to the theft he perpertrated, on this poor woman.

As a three time loser, he should get significant jail time.

Punishment for crimes is becoming obsolete. I look for more crimes, more rabid criminals roaming our world. Sorry to be negative, but the outlook is not good IMHO.
