Happy with one AV vendor and unhappy with one
I needed two new cable tv outlets in my home. Based on recommendations on this forum, I called Tom @ Villages AV. After I told him what I wanted, he said he was with a customer and would call me back shortly. After a two day wait, I called him back. He said that he had given my number to one of his electricians and was surprised that I had not been called back. He promised to have the guy call me. The next communication was a voice mail he left me a week later. He apologized for not contacting me and left me a personal number to contact him on. I called the number twice and got no answer and no voice mail.
Then.......... I called Paul at 352-255-5211. He made an appointment right away, showed up on time, and did a great job, quickly and at a reasonable price. |
Wellllll, I know a ton of folks who are really happy with Tom. and I just had him over like pronto jiffy to get an estimate. Your difficulty with him mighta been a fluke or maybe God knew Paul needed work. just guessing...
