Kerry,

What guarantee do you have it will rent?? There is a Patio Villa next door to me that has been empty for months..

It always has a sign for rent and no one rents it..I have had my house for 3 years and this Villa has only been rented two times..
:dontknow:

Best of luck to you!

What is the bond on a new villa as I KNOW they dropped the price but the bond could be of a question to me ??? ???

Furnish a patio villa nicely and offer a nice golf cart and you can expect to get a rental return of approx. 7-8K. This return will allow you to break even or if your lucky to rent it more often, maybe a bit of profit if you don't include taxes and the mortgage, if you have one. Its going to take a few yrs to recoup your initial expenses, however in the meantime, you have a nice place to vacation when the renters have gone home
My thoughts are to buy now this market will improve sooner of later and sell when it does or move up to something larger.

The bond should be 10-11K on a new villa.
