We are getting ready for our one year new house inspection. Who have you used and where you satisfied with the detailed inspection?

Frank did ours last week. He is very knowledgeable, complete, and I'd call him again in a heart beat. He is very busy and you may want to contact him to make sure he has the time. He limits how many houses he does in a week.

As others have said, I do get a bit busy. My typical warranty inspection takes at least 3 hours or more, so I only book 2 a day. This way I can concentrate on your home and not rush to get to the next one.

Do not use USA they were no very cooperative and we are finding not very complete in what they did
