Golden Corral in Leesburg Closed
 

Did anybody notice that Golden Corral closed down in Leesburg..I was surprised they always looked busy.Also Dinner Bell shut down too..they where there forever. They where next to fruitland park cafe.

I went there with a friend about a year ago and it was not as good as the Golden Corral on 466 in The Villages. They must have been on a downward slide and we noticed it. They didn't have all the many choices one would expect of a Golden Corral.

Perhaps it's for sale and will open again someday.

In my Golden Corral on 466 does an exceptional jog given the price.

Newspaper a couple days ago said June is the expected date of completion if there is no unforseen problems including bad weather. I'd probably guess August.
I told my wife if they would have hired The Villages construction crews that build the houses almost overnight, to build that road it would have been done a year ago.

Never been. Is it like Outback or is it a buffet?
Any good?

guess they ran out of over-eaters in the leesburg area.

Actually, their lease expired according to one of the employees that moved to the location on 466. Not sure what is planned for the old location, but hear it may not be a restaurant.
