Pooling and standing water on swimming pool deck. Any suggestions? Anyone else had this problem?

Either it was not installed correctly to begin with, or something has settled to much. When installed all deck water should flow to the drain strip or to the outside. There are small holes under the cage (gecko entrance) and the water toward the outside of the cage drains in that direction and water between the house and the pool should drain to the drain strip. Deck should slope very slightly away from pool all around it.

Be extremely careful and get references verifications on anyone you choose ... for sure! make sure they're licensed & insured, be weary of low $$ bids
