Where can I find info on posting a picture on TOTV
 
Can someone tell me where on this site I can find info on posting a picture?

I don't know if you can find it one this site, but you need to have an online storage site. I use PhotoBucket but there are several other.

You post your photo on that site and then you get a url that you paste into forums like TOTV. When you post the URL, the photo appears on the forum site.

Click on "Reply" or "Quote Post". Then click on the little paper clip icon and then take it from there.

Sorry Doc, not anymore. As the above post says, if replying, click on the paper clip icon at the top tool bar, or click on manage attachments section listed after the message. Then download your saved photo file directly from your computer hard drive, easy as 123.

What Doc was referring to is a way of saving photos online, a third party site, and then you can post them later as many times as you want and at any size. Here's photos I captured from other websites a few months ago. I use 'imageshack' to store my photos.
