Confused and upset about postings

Could someone please explain to me how to get a posting on, Items for Sale.
I have lowered the price three times and emailed the moderator/administrator two days ago. I see other people getting there stuff bumped to the front without even a price change. I knew that infraction I unjustly incurred a couple of years ago would come back to haunt me. Thanks.

I see you have a chair and two golf carts for sale. They are already in the Items for Sale section. I just bumped them, so now they will show up in New Posts also.

An edit won't bump, only a new reply will.

just reply to your own post and type in "bump"
to get it to the top of the pile and recent posts.

Actually, even better than just typing "bump", don't just change the price with the edit feature. Respond to your own thread with the price change info. Technically, overuse of the "bump" is frowned upon. If you want to bump it up again, without changing the price, then just add something else about the items. You get the idea.....:)

Overuse of bump will get your thread deleted as it is against the rules of the forum.

I would reply to your own thread with a question. It will then go back to the top.

"Items for sale threads", tend to drop like a rock if no one is interested. :(
