Enclosed Lanai
 

Has anyone used D & D Village Contractors to enclose their lanai with glass?

Yes, D&D just enclosed our Lanai last week. The only thing left is the screen door. The men were very neat and fast. My complaint is that the owner, Dennis never returns your calls and the time he promises for completion is not accurate. I had to call him several times., to get the job done. Would I use him again if I had to, probably not!

Communication is definitely a problem. We had the same issues with Dennis. We had no idea when they were going to start. Once they started, we had no idea when they were going to finish. Several calls to Dennis remained unanswered but finally he returned one of our several calls and said he never got the other messages. Hmm Seems like a convenient excuse. They did finish the job and did a good job but the lack of communication thing was very frustrating.
