a hidden fence...in other words, not an invisible fence, a hidden by bushes fence....who would i contact to have this built?

thanks, everyone....got it covered now....i have a little dog...it would be small bushes....if they were close enough, she wouldn't go through the bushes anyway....rules are rules? come up north and try to live that way....just saying'.....people don't pay bus or train fares and get away with it, and that's a tiny sampling of what goes on....i'm talking about hedges....i'll just put the hedges on my property very tightly...is that allowed? or is that a rule i don't know about?
