Need a FREE or cheap used cell phone
 

Yes, I put mine through a washing machine cycle. And yes it killed the phone.
I put it in a bag of rice and most of the functionality came back; but I can't receive a call. Since I'm not at then end of my Verizon plan I would have to pay retail for a new one. They are expensive!
So if anyone has an old phone they would donate/sell cheaply to an old geezer
