Does any one know if there is a real estate investment club in The Villages?

Don't know, but it might be a good one to start.

When I saw this post... the first question I had was, define club.

Is the club:

A) People yakking... swapping war stories, fish stories about the one that got away, and info about flipping houses

B) A legal entity of a group of people with mutually owned funds in real estate investments as defined by the SEC.

Don't for profit businesses have to pay for rec center use if they are allowed at all?
