I have noticed that there aren't any real estate adds in the Daily Sun for Fisbos. Anyone know why???

Does anyone know where I can find them? on the web site

Kerry, there are LOADS of FSBO's in the Daily Sun .. see Category 610 "Homes by Owner"!!! Page F5 in Daily Sun for Sunday, December 2, 2007.

I, too, have noticed that there are no FSBO homes in the online version of the Village Sun classifieds.

I have no problem with FSBO's either. But can anyone recommend a local attorney to deal with making sure the contract end of things and clear title are covered for the buyer? Real estate laws and customs can vary from state to state. Call it buyer beware, caveat emptor or CYA, I would just want to make sure I used an attorney, whether buying or selling a FSBO.

Re: Boomer's post, we'd also like the names of a few attorneys that the locals have used for closings, etc., as well as licensed inspectors/engineers to provide a report before we buy a home. Any resources would be appreciated!
