Would like feedback on your experience with this attorney. Planning on redoing will, POA, etc. :posting:

She did work for us, very satisfied. We felt she did a lot of work for the fee charged.

I used Debra Sims and she was great. She was very informative with the information I needed.... Great prices.
I would recommend her highly..

We had Debra rewrite trust and all legal papers to follow Florida regulations and requirements. Was very satisfied with her and the work done.

Anyone want to share what it costs to do a new trust in FLA, just looking for a ballpark, I realize they can vary by situation......Thanks

Most of them do "the whole package" for $1300 -$1800. will , trust, living will, etc.
Several give free seminars and talk about the basics needed in Fla. Attend one or two to get the necessary background and will help get you to pre-think how you might want some of the issues and options handled.
