Older areas of TV that allow Out-buildings
Are there any older areas of TV where "accessory" or "out-buildings" such as a garage or large shed, etc. are allowed for "hobby rooms" or "guy rooms" and the like? Someplace where I could crank up the stereo without ticking off my wife - or playing with model trains, or having a woodworking shop, or practicing my clarinet. That would satisfy my wish list. Aside from the integral garage which is intended for our vehicle(s), an extra 10' X 20' building would be very handy.

Re: Older areas of TV that allow Out-buildings
I haven't seen any remote buildings. A lot of the manufactured homes East of 441 have attached Florida Rooms on one side and attached Storage/Laundry/Golf Cart rooms on the other side. The Florida Rooms are accessed from the living room but the storage rooms usually have outside access only. These units normally have carports but no garages.
It might be possible to buy an old single wide, demo the old and build a new unit and you might be able to design in an attached but remote room. |
