My goldens would have accompanied him into the mud puddle!

The boy getting happier and happier as he takes longer and longer runs at the puddle.
The patient parents taking the video so the boy will always remember his first dog.
The wonderful dog doing what comes naturally ... Looking after his little human and Standing patiently by until the boy picks up his leash again.

Love it! :a040:

I think the dog is more patient than I was...I would have been yelling, "Nooo...get out of the mud!". All kidding aside, dogs are amazing creatures. They are infinite love and patience with their human companions. Lovely video!

I am so surprised that an uplifting video ...one that can offend no one and one that makes you smile..only has a couple people sharing comments. Some of the negative and venting threads go on and on and on ad nauseum ...and actually come up again and again. Yet here is a joyful slice of life that everyone can celebrate and ...zip.

It's the nature of the complaining beast, schisamax. Many (most?) people are more drawn to controversy than a feel-good on a forum. Who knows why...

I'm looking for the "like" button!

Maybe many don't comment cause the video says it all? Sometimes silence is the greatest affirmation.

Oops and ty for the awww vid. Too cute!!!!

What an adorable video. I'm so glad you shared this! That dog is quite the patient nanny. This is the start of a lifelong friendship between boy/man and canine, as it should be.

Thanks for sharing this video. I wish more people had the patience of the dog as he watched over "his human".
