I can't believe the number of people that go to closing on a home in TV never having read the deed restrictions. Seems to me it's an important aspect of due diligence to find out about the restrictions and rules that will determine how you enjoy your most important investment.

Most seem to feel if they do anything, it must be legal and highly accepted by everyone else. Unfortunately most have traditions and decorating ideas that are found repulsive others.
