Colony Modern Dentistry overcharge and rude.
 

Colony Modern Dentistry has the rudest staff in the world. They don't send a detailed bill and the amount billed and what UHC Dental says is owed are two different things. When I called for clarification, the staff member that wouldn't identify herself was extremely rude and yelled at me. Avoid them and Dr. Penrod.

I will not name the dentist I went to when I had a crown fall out as a snowbird.


I grew up thinking that all dentists were ethical people of merit.


Boy was I wrong.


Palm Ridge Dentistry who we now use as our dentists are the cream of the crop.

Had exactly the same experience today. Avoid this operation. Dentist may be ok but the office staff is terrible.

Had my own bad experience there. Had my exam and teeth cleaning. Was waiting for Dr to come give final okay. Waited over half hour with my bib on. Nurse came in and said Dr was running late and would be about another 20 min. She then left the room. Took the same cue and headed out the door. Felt I waited long enough and wasn't interested in another 20 min or so. Only as I was heading out the door did someone hurriedly get the Dr to give me final word.
