Search Dog's last hurrah
 

Sad story of a search dog and her last "hurrah". So nice of everyone that helped with her last "rescue".....

I knew from your title that I was going to cry, but I needed a good eye cleaning. It's great they thought to give the dog this send-off.

Poor pup. All dogs don't live long enough.

What a special owner to give his girl that last moment of joy. A special man and a special dog.

I agree with all of you. We lost one of our best friends (the black dog in my avatar) almost a year and a half ago, and our other friend (the white dog) has entered her twilight years. I am not sure how much time we will have with her, but the story about the rescue dog made me appreciate her even more if that was even possible.

We could all learn from a dog.
