Village of Dunedin
 

I can't figure out where the Village of Dunedin is located. Any ideas? A number of homes are less than $150,000. I didn't think we would see those days again for new construction.

If you go to the site thevillages.com and look for homes in Dunedin it shows up near where Morse ends to the south and just south of Hillsborough Trail.

The least expensive home I see in Dunedin is $157,000. Did you mean under 250,000?

If you go to The Villages website there is one home at $150,000 and 4 homes priced at $149,000 and one for $148,000. All prices I rounded numbers out.

Thanks for the directions. I'm going to go find it when we are in TV tomorrow. I could have sworn when I looked the other day that there were 5 or 6 houses just barely south of $150,000. Today there are none. Thanks for finding some under $150,000. I thought I had lost my mind. Have a great day!
