Actually the name is spelled Pennbrooke Fairways.; GREAT PLACE!!! We actually live there. Fantastic community, great people, good buys available. 27 holes of golf, two pools at no extra cost, exercise facility, every thing you can think of to do. Would not want to live any other place. Check to see how accessible the activities are to full time residents and snowbirds., Sometimes, I do not know about Penbrooke, access is controlled by the various Clubs that spring up and have Tournaments, Practices etc. and if you are a Snowbird sometimes it is difficult to access these facilities because you do not belong to a Club. This does not happen in The Villages because of the way the Amenities are controlled. It is one of the biggest benefits of living here IMO. Everything is so well thought out.,
